HOW TO USE IT
1. After cleansing, dispense 4 to 6 drops of toner onto a cotton pad.
2. Gently apply the toner along the facial contours using a wiping motion.
3. Lightly pat the skin with fingertips for about 1 minute, until toner is absorbed.
